For participants who have lost or damaged their original certificate.
RM5.00 per certificate (excluding shipping fees).
After your order has been placed, our admin team will contact you via WhatsApp to verify your request and collect the required participant information:
• Full Name of Participant
• Club/Gym Name
• Competition Category (e.g. Junior 14–15 Male -48kg)
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly during checkout, as these details will be used for verification and delivery purposes.
All information will be checked against our official competition records before the certificate is reprinted and issued. Processing will only begin after successful verification.
Delivery Information
• Reprint processing time: 2–3 working days after verification.
• Certificates will be shipped via Ninja Van courier service.
• A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery time is subject to the courier service and destination.
Important Notice: PAHLAWAN Championship only issues physical printed certificates. We do not provide e-Certificates, PDF copies, or any form of digital certificates. All official certificates are issued in printed format only.
