REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Pahlawan Muay Thai Malaysia, we strive to deliver a smooth and transparent experience for all participants, sponsors, and supporters of our events. Please read our policy carefully before making any purchase.

General Policy

  • All ticket sales, table bookings, and merchandise purchases are considered final.
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or failure to attend the event.
  • By completing your purchase, you agree to abide by the event rules, terms, and conditions set by the organiser.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will only be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

  • If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
  • If the event is rescheduled or postponed, all existing tickets and bookings will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be provided unless otherwise announced by the organiser.

Merchandise Purchases

  • Merchandise sales (e.g., jerseys, event gear) are final and non-refundable.
  • Exchanges will only be considered in cases of defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability.
  • Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, with proof of purchase.

Third-Party Purchases

  • Tickets or merchandise purchased through unauthorised third parties or resellers are not eligible for refunds.

Age Restriction / Entry Denial

  • No refunds will be issued if entry is denied due to failure to comply with age restrictions, dress code, or security policies.

Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond the organiser's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or emergencies.

Refund Exceptions

  • The organiser reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis in circumstances not explicitly covered in this policy.
  • All refund or exchange requests must be submitted in writing to the organiser's official email.
